As a result of the studies carried out since 2017 within the scope of the “Technology Development Project in IPs” in partnership with the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey Strategy and Budget Department, the Ministry of Industry and Technology and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Manisa Industrial Park is home to the works to be carried out within the scope of the project. In this context, the study titled “Transformation of Industrial Parks in Turkey: Design and Establishment of Manisa IP Innovation Center” has been published as an output of the field work carried out on the establishment of Manisa IP Innovation Center. Within the framework of the strategy set forth, the Innovation Center Business Plan has been prepared.

With the pilot project, it is aimed to establish the institutional infrastructure of the innovation ecosystem in our park and to improve the R&D, innovation, entrepreneurship and digitalization capacities of our companies. In this context, the innovation center unit established within INTRAC (Innovation, Networking, Technology, Research and Application Center), which will operate under our Regional Directorate, became operational on the MOSPARK Campus Area as of 23 November 2020.
