Manisa IP Regional Directorate started serving industrialists on September 27, 2014 in its new administration building in MOSPARK, the foundation of which was laid on April 9, 2013.Over time, banks, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, markets and IP PTT took their place in MOSPARK.

 In MOSPARK, on an area of approximately 50,000 m², the total building area is 15,300 m². 8,000 m² of this is the administration building. There is a 4,500 m² underground parking garage with a capacity of approximately 100 vehicles and an 800 m² technical building that houses the fire department, laboratory and security services at MOSPARK.

The daycare center, which has a capacity of 140 children and occupies an area of 1,400 square meters, opened its doors to preschoolers in November 2014.

Alsancak Bakery Products, Litany Italian Restaurant, Litany Cafe, Oerenay Kebap and Palet Restaurant offer products suitable for the palate of guests in MOSPARK with 5 stores on an area of 250 m² and a café and restaurant area on an area of 820 m².

The Joint Health and Safety Unit ( MIP MED ) continues to operate at its new location in an area of 1,200 m², offering a wider range of services under the title of Medical Center.

The Provincial Directorate of Science, Industry and Technology continues its activities in its new premises on 1100 m² in MOSPARK.
