Turkey’s first and highest capacity Wire Mesh Factory was established in 1971 in Manisa Industrial Park. This facility, which was operated by different companies until 2001, was included in the BMS GROUP in September 2004 after 3 years.

BMS WIRE MESH IND. AND TRADE INC., which started its operations again with the addition of new and modern machinery after radical modernization works, is the most modern and highest capacity steel mesh factory in Turkey today. With the latest machine additions and enlarged indoor areas, the annual capacity has reached 120,000 tons/year of wire mesh and 120,000 tons/year of cold drawn rod.

BMS WIRE MESH IND. AND TRADE INC., operating in a total area of 12.000 m², 7000 m² of which is closed and 5000 m² of which is open, manufactures in standards such as ASTM, DIN and BSI, which are generally accepted from the world, especially Turkish standards.

The quality controls of the produced wire mesh and cold drawn rods are continuously carried out in the laboratory in the Manisa Industrial Park in 1971, in Turkey’s first and highest capacity Steel Wire Mesh factory, and quality control tests are carried out periodically in the test laboratories of universities. Wire mesh, which is a product of modern technology, saves time, labor and consumption by 35-40% depending on the place of use. BMS WIRE MESH IND. AND TRADE INC., which has TSE certificate, also produces in special sizes according to the project or need, apart from the standard size (2150 x 5000). 

In addition, apart from steel mesh, flat and ribbed (between 1 mt – 12 mt) steel rods or coils from Ø 4 mm to Ø 12 mm are produced in ST IVB quality. BMS WIRE MESH IND. AND TRADE INC., besides its assertive position in Turkey, realizes 30% of Turkey’s Steel Mesh exports. Some of the export countries are USA – Greece – TRNC. – Libya – Iraq – Nigeria – North Yemen – Germany – Russia – Jamaica – Syria – Albania – Israel – Croatia and Africa.
