Founded in 1969 in Maltepe, Istanbul, ELBA started its operations with the production of alloyed aluminum die casting and time parts demanded by the automotive industry. Including the die-cast aluminum radiator and alloyed aluminum rims in its production, the company started the production of panel radiators with E.C.A branded semi-automatic welding lines in the 1st part of the Industrial Park in Manisa in 1990 for reasons such as the increase in mass housing construction, low cost, ease of assembly, use and cleaning. ELBA, whose technology has been renewed since 2001, has disabled its old lines and commissioned the fully automatic and advanced technological 1st Welding Line with a capacity of 550,000 mtulle, and started to produce new design panel radiators with higher thermal efficiency and more aesthetic appearance. In line with the increasing demands, the 2nd Welding Line with a production capacity of 612.000 mtul was put into operation since 2003, and the annual production capacity was increased to 1.224.000 mt.
With the investment of the 3rd Welding line with a capacity of 1.224.000 mt., which was commissioned in a new factory campus in the 3rd Section of the Manisa Industrial Park in 2005, the technology continued to be renewed and the annual capacity was increased to 2,448.000 mtul. The successful application of lean production techniques in the production area and the increasing efficiency with the continuous renewal of machine technologies brought the capacity increase in parallel, and thus the capacity was increased to 2,448.000 mtul as of 2008. With its latest investment of 971,000 mtules with robotic production technology, which was commissioned in 2013 in the area reserved for the new investment in the factory campus located in the 3rd section, its installed capacity was increased to 3,419,000 mtul.
