As Manisa Industrial Park, we attach importance to the security of your personal data, which we process as the data controller defined in the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. Therefore, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL REASON OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the secondary regulations, for the following purposes and legal reasons: In this context, your personal data such as your “Name-surname, e-mail address, IP Address, Log Records” obtained from our website “www.mosb.org.tr” are processed based on the legal interests of the organization and to fulfill the  of legal liabilities for the protection of the rights.  The obligations under the Law No. 5651 in relation to paragraph “ç”, “e” and “f” of Article 5/2 of Law 6698 set forth purposes of data processing for improving the service offered, ensuring its security, detecting fraudulent or unauthorized use, investigating operational evaluations, eliminating errors regarding the website services, communicating with you, facilitating your internet usage activities.

TRANSFERRING PERSONAL DATA

Manisa Industrial Park will process your personal data in accordance with the above-mentioned “fulfillment of obligations of the Law No. 5651 for the purposes of improvement of service, ensuring security, receipt of your suggestions and complaints, detection of inappropriate uses, communication with you and other purposes specified in our cookie policy”.  And also, for the same purposes the data can be shared with the hosting service providers (hosting services), law offices, research companies call centers, with partners and affiliates at home and / or abroad (and/or with third party business partners) in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law. 

METHODS OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Manisa Industrial Park collects your personal data when you log onto our website and/or when you fill out the contact form. In addition, your personal data is also collected in cases where you communicate with Manisa Industrial Park through other methods.

STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed and stored within the scope of the legal exceptions, , within the scope of Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. In this context, your personal data will be kept for as long as required by the above-mentioned processing purposes. In addition, Manisa Industrial Park will be able to keep personal data limited to the purpose of making the necessary defenses in case of any dispute that may arise with the Relevant Persons during the statute of limitations determined in accordance with the legislation.

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

As the data owner you can apply Manisa Industrial Park for the following reasons:

• If your personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
• To be informed about the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, at home or abroad,
• To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the corrections to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring the processing of it disappear, and to request that the transactions made within this scope are notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• Objecting to the emergence of a conclusion against you by analyzing your processed data solely through automated systems,
• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions in Article 7 of the Law, to request that the correction, deletion or destruction processes be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data is shared,
  • You have the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
