Bosch Thermotechnical Heating and Air Conditioning Industry Trade Inc. operates in the field of development and production of combi boiler and heat pump indoor units and their related subcomponents and control elements at Industrial Park No:14 Manisa. The company manufactures gas control devices, heater and heat pump indoor units with Bosch, Buderus and IVT licenses in its factory with a closed area of 25.900 m2 on a 109.000 m2 land owned by it, and sells its products abroad and domestically through dealers. 

Production subject included in the company’s industrial registration certificate, flue gas sensor, connection piece, making materials and parts from copper pipe, burner, other accessories, heat exchanger, gas conversion set, heater, heater flue accessories, spray nozzle, heat pump indoor unit and spare parts production. 

Our company was first established in 1991 as Elbo Inc. by the Bosch and Elginkan Groups with a 50%-50% shareholding structure. In 1998, Robert Bosch GmbH bought 50% of Elginkan Group shares and changed the name of the company to Bosch Heating Products Industry and Trade Inc. At the beginning of 2008, the company name was changed to Bosch Thermotechnical Industry and Trade Inc. 

Bosch Thermotechnical is a leading manufacturer in the field of heating with boiler, heat pump indoor unit, heat exchanger, copper pipes and control elements. Our company has the capacity to develop condensing and conventional combi boilers, heat pump indoor unit and water heaters and related subcomponents in the Research and Development department. Design and product development processes are carried out by considering the market needs and targeting the highest quality standards. For this purpose, durability, function and field tests are carried out. 

Since 2003, our Research and Development department has been recognized worldwide as a Conventional Combi Boiler Device Development Competence Center within the Bosch Group organization. Medium and short-term product development strategies of the Bosch Heating Group are determined at the annual central strategy meetings. The conventional product development strategy is guided by the Bosch Manisa R&D Center, which is the competence center in this product group. In terms of Research and Development, the title of Competence Center, which corresponds to the highest level of technical know-how and competence within the Bosch Group, was established in 2011 for the development of the plate heat exchanger used in all development tests and devices, and in 2012 for the pump, fan and hydraulic unit from condensing devices and components was taken by our R&D Center. Our R&D Center has been selected as the best R&D Center in its sector for the last 3 years by the TR Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology. 

Within Bosch, which has many R&D Centers on a global scale, the R&D Center located in the Manisa factory ranks first in project development, new project proposal and project management within Bosch’s Thermotechnical group. 

Bosch Thermotechnical Manisa factory, which was selected as the best factory in 2011, received the factory with the best progress in 2012 and was selected as the best factory again in 2013. The production records, high sustainable quality rate (field accuracy rate) and success in R&D projects were effective in receiving these awards.
