The facility named ‘The Fortyfive Business Hotel-Spa’ was opened by the Manisa Industrial Park on an area of 5 thousand square meters for the industrialists of the region to meet their social facility needs, relieve their work stress and stay.
Manisa IP, which is among the leading Industrial Park of Turkey, opened the hotel it built for the regional industrialists. Speaking at the opening ceremony, Sait Türek, Chairman of the Board of Manisa IP, said that industrial parks are not only industry-oriented production centers where infrastructure and superstructure services are provided, but also people-oriented living centers. Noting that the opened facility will be operated by the IP, Türek said, “As one of the most rooted building blocks of our country, our region has been continuing its activities for 50 years with its rising values. In our region, where production continues 24 hours a day, we have more than 185 active facilities, 40 of which are foreign capital, and over 50 thousand employees. We, as Manisa IP, aim to be industrialist-oriented and to support the conditions of competition with all the services we provide. But we know that most of our lives are spent in our businesses. The construction of our hotel, The Fortyfive Business Hotel & SPA, which we laid on October 27, 2015, took 15 months. We believe that our hotel will serve not only our industrialists but also our entire city with its different activities. This investment to meet an important social need of our current domestic and foreign industrialists will increase the current Brand value of our region. Our goal is to provide one hundred percent satisfaction in a facility where our industrialists will enjoy a break from work stress.”
Noting that every project realized by the Manisa Industrial Park is important, Manisa Governor Mustafa Hakan Güvençer thanked Manisa IP Chairman of the Board Sait Türek and his team for bringing a beautiful facility to Manisa. After the speeches, the opening ribbon of The Fortyfive Business Hotel and SPA was cut. After the opening, the guests visited the facility that will appeal to IP industrialists and Manisa residents. In the facility opened, Manisa Cloth produced by the Turkish Women’s Council and the section where items unique to Manisa are sold were also included. IP Chairman of the Board Sait Türek said that foreign guests coming to the city can easily shop here and contribute to the promotion of the city.
