• 666 m² concrete loading-unloading area
• 63,206 m² of closed storage area (1,200 m² of it is a bonded warehouse with temporary storage status)
• 1,479 m² semi-open (under porch) storage area
• Connection to the national railway line with the 4.7 km long junction line,
• Wagon loading and unloading railway lines located in the logistics center with a length of 6 km
• Rentable prefabricated service offices
• Business service offices (Manisa Customs Directorate temporary storage area office, TCDD Station office)
• Import and export truck park

The Logistics Center, which was officially opened in May 2010 and started its commercial operations in June 2010, continues its activities by increasing its activities day by day in line with the objectives of improving the logistics power of the regional industrialists, increasing the efficiency and flexibility of logistics operations, and gaining in logistics costs.
