“MOSBSANDER 2015 Ordinary General Assembly” was held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015, in Manisa IP Conference Hall.

The 10th General Assembly, which was held with the participation of the Regional Industrialists, started with the formation of the council. Cüneyt BUĞDAYCI and Semra KAPLAN KIVIRCIK took part in the General Assembly, chaired by Faruk CAN. After the moment of silence and the National Anthem, the reading of the “Board of Directors Activity Report” began.

In his opening speech, Kadir Murat ÇAM, Chairman of the Manisa Industrial Park Industrialists’ Association, thanked all the company representatives who attended the “General Assembly” for their interest and participation, and made a presentation summarizing the activities of 2014.

After the presentation of the “Board of Directors Activity Report”, Rahim Renan ÇAPRA presented the “Executive Board Activity Report”, the “Independent Audit Report” and the 2014 financial data, and the approval and rejection of the budget were put to a vote. The Board of Directors was authorized to prepare and implement the provisional budget for 2015, and then the election of the new Board of Directors and Audit Board was started.

In the voting held at the General Assembly, to the Board of Directors; Kadir Murat ÇAM, Semih VARDARER, Önder SENKOL, Recep ERSAN, Ramazan SONMEZ, Rahim Renan ÇAPRA, Ethem ÖZTAŞ, to the Supervisory Board; Ali Rıza ERDOĞAN, Cüneyt BUĞDAYCI and İlyas BAYER were unanimously elected.

Kadir Murat ÇAM, who came to the podium after the voting, thanked the members of the General Assembly who elected them to this task on behalf of the elected Board of Directors.
